Scout Shows

There can be many types of Scout Show and probably the most common is a Gang Show.  This is a variety show with song, dance and sketches performed by members of the Scout, and sometimes Guide Movements.  The first show was produced by Ralph Reader in 1932, and since then shows have been performed across the UK.

Staged Performances open to the public need to be approved by the appropriate Lead Volunteer in accordance with Policy, Organisation and Rules, 9b1.1.   A tool kit has been developed to support the delivery of any type of staged performance  Staged Performances | Scouts
